Hall of Heathens is an erotic club, with (strip)performances, workshops and talks around sexual and intimacy practices for the Black LGBTQIA+ community and those of color. Particularly in times of covid19 and Black Lives Matter, in a world where our bodies are so labeled and stigmatized, we need spaces that affirm our existence, where we centralise ourselves and that which brings us joy and pleasure. As the ultimate form of healing and creation. Hall of Heathens is about transformation, transcendence and togetherness

These artworks were created by Leonel Piccardo in collaboration with Clarice Gargard for the first historic edition of Hall of Heathens, which was both offline in the Play Room in the Student Hotel and online on Patreon due to corona. Piccardo created a surreal erotic fantasy, inspired by the 80s erotica aesthetic. With vibrant and provocative images that venerate the models, but also show the Black body in a state of natural nudity and serenity
